Dr. Carolyn Rowley
Dr. Carolyn Rowley is the Founder and Executive Director of Cayenne Wellness Center, specializing in nutrition and health psychology for sickle cell patients. She also founded The Machao Orphanage Foundation in Kenya. A passionate advocate, educator, and vegan environmentalist, Dr. Rowley blends science, service, and creativity to impact global health.
Biba Tinga
Biba Tinga is President of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of Canada and a dedicated advocate with over a decade of experience. As a mother of an adult with sickle cell disease, she champions better treatment access, policy change, and support for affected families across Canada and the global sickle cell community.


Elle Cole
Elle Cole, a mother, Marketing Manager, and advocate, has leveraged her personal experiences to create essential resources for families. Author of three children’s books on Sickle Cell Disease and over 12 total, she has earned numerous awards, including the Sickle Cell Education Award from Children's National Hospital. Elle supports and educates through her podcast and various collaborations.

Regina Hartfield
Regina Hartfield, President and CEO of the Sickle Cell Disease Association of America Inc., has over 25 years in nonprofit leadership and extensive experience in strategic planning, project management, and community outreach. Previously, she managed contracts at CVP and chaired the association’s fundraising committee. She is skilled in compliance, process improvement, and public speaking.
